What weight & size dog can the JackPack hold?

The JackPack is aimed to support smaller dogs, measuring between 25cm - 46cm in length and 20cm to 40cm in height. The maximum weight the JackPack can hold is 13kg.

How do I train my dog into the JackPack?

We have created a how to video and guide to help you with putting your dog into the backpack. Treats are encouraged for the first few times of using the JackPack, until both you and your pooch are confident. You can always contact us for additional help.

Is the JackPack washable?

Whilst the JackPack can be machine washable on a low spin and temperaure, we do advise you handwash your JackPack for longevity. The JackPack should not be ironed or tumble dried.

Is the JackPack vet approved?

Our trusted vet has approved the JackPack stating that the JackPack is very well made for small dogs. The JackPack is designed to ensure that your dog's anatomy is not compromised, and the materials used ensure that your dog does not overheat.
